The payment schedule
How much is asked for up front, what each payment is tied to, and whether anything is due before work starts.
Change orders and allowances
The clauses that decide who pays when the tile costs more or the subfloor is rotten.
Who you are signing with
Licence, insurance and the business name on the paper against the one doing the work.
The dates
Start, duration, and what happens if it runs long — including whether the contract says anything at all.

How long does it take?
One business day for most quotes. Longer contracts with a lot of attachments can take two.
Do I have to be renovating through Reno?
No. Send the quote you already have, from whoever gave it to you.
What do you do with my contract?
We read it and reply to you. We do not send it to contractors, and we do not put your name in front of anyone.
